Chef Duke will present you with six BEAUTIFUL Wines paired with five delicious courses.

Mixer will begin at 6:30pm, where you will be greeted with a glass of the Collet Brut upon your arrival.

The 5-Course dinner will begin at 7:00pm where you will indulge in the following menu below.

1st Course

Chilled Avocado Soup topped with Sour Cream and Louisiana Caviar

2nd Course

Seared Grouper topped with Lump Crab Meat and Mango Salsa
