Le Tour De France Wine Dinner featuring Andre Lurton

Chef Duke is at it again!  Join us on Wednesday, June 20th for a Wine Down Wednesday like no other.

This time, Chef Duke is teaming up with French Wine Portfolio, André Lurton for Le Tour De France Wine Dinner. Featuring six perfect French Wines created by Lurton, Chef Duke has created a five course menu that is Oh So Délicieux!

Mixer will begin at 6:30pm, where you will be greeted with a glass of the Chateau Beonnet White Blend  upon your arrival.

The 5-Course dinner will begin at 7:00pm where you will indulge in the following menu below.

1st Course

Ponchatoula strawberry salad with blueberry goat cheese

Paired with: Chateau Bonnet Bordeaux  Rosé

2nd Course

Breast of duck drizzled with orange sauce, served with wild mushroom savory bread pudding

Paired with: Château de Cruzeau Rouge

3rd Course

Beef Short Rib served atop creamy polenta

Paired with: Château de Rochemorin Rouge

4th Course

Filet Mignon with foie gras, topped with a pinot noir glaze

Paired with: Château Tour De Segur Rouge

5th Course

Chocolate Mousse with Fresh Berries

Paired with: a Handcrafted Cocktail made with local, fresh ingredients
