Executive Chef Duke LoCicero joins the N’Tini’s family

N’Tini’s has welcomed a new member to it’s family.  We are very proud to announce Chef Duke LoCicero as our New Executive Chef!

Chef Duke was born and raised in New Orleans, beginning his career in the culinary industry at the ripe age of thirteen.  He attended the Culinary Institute of America, and has cooked around the world.  He operated Cafe Giovanni in the French Quarter for twenty six years, before closing its doors in 2017.

Chef Duke has may accolades and honors, which include:

  • Best Executive Chef 2008 (City Business)
  • Top 25 Chefs in New Louisiana 2011  (New Orleans Chapter of ACF)
  • Chef of the Year 1999 ACF (New Orleans Chapter)
  • 2004 Restaurateur of the Year  (LRA)

Chef Duke plans to take N’Tini’s to a whole new level.  He has recently revamped the N’Tini’s menu.  While keeping fan favorites such as the Chicken N’Tini, Fleur de Lis Shrimp, and the N’Tini Burger, he has added a few signature items such as his award winning VooDoo Shrimp, Eggplant LoCicero, and Oysters Giovanni.
