Chef Duke LoCicero’s Tour of Italy Wine Dinner

Join Chef Duke LoCicero at N’Tini’s on the evening of Wednesday, April 25th as he takes us on a Tour of Italy.

His Taste of Italy Wine Dinner will feature six delicious courses paired perfectly with Italian Wines from various areas throughout the country, with each course reflecting a different region of Italy.

Mixer will begin at 6:30pm, where you will be greeted with a glass of Altemasi Millesimato Brut upon your arrival.

The dinner will begin at 7:00pm where you will indulge in the following menu below.

First Course

Seared Scallop topped with a creamy Lemon Cello Sauce, with Arugula and Apple Salad

Paired with: Settesoli Grillo

Second Course

Alligator Meatball served atop a Citrus Risotto

Paired with: Niro Pecorino

Third Course

Lamb Chop served atop Cannellini Beans with roasted garlic, tomato, and rosemary.  Drizzled with Balsamic Sauce.

Paired with: Travaglini Gattinara

Fourth Course

Spicy Shrimp Fra Diavolo

Paired with: Bertani Ripasso

Fifth Course

Rabbit Ragout atop Papardelle

Paired with: Rocca delle Macie “Fizzano” Chianti Riserva Gran Selezione

Sixth Course

Sweet Balsamic Ponchatoula Strawberries with Zabaione and Amaretto Whipped Cream

Paired with: Fontanafredda “Moncucco” Moscato
