Bourbon & Bites 2018

Join us on Wednesday, November 28th at 6:30pm for a Brown-Foreman Cocktail Dinner that is incredibly unique to the Northshore Area, and at a great price!

A Reflection of the Evening will include: Jack Daniel’s Rye, Jack Daniel’s Single Barrel, Gentleman Jack, Woodford Reserve Double Oaked, and Woodford Reserve Malt.  The evening will include these drinks prepared as either professionally crafted cocktails or simply poured neat (because they’re just that good), paired with four delicious courses prepared by our very own Executive Chef Duke LoCicero.

Menu is as follows:

A Reception Crafted Cocktail featuring Jack Daniel’s Rye

First Course:  Roasted Airline Chicken Breast topped with Chef Duke’s Jack Daniel’s Barbecue Sauce.  Served with Sweet Potato Hash & Creole Cabbage

Paired With: Jack Daniel’s Single Barrel

Second Course: Roasted Pork Loin topped with a black berry, bacon, bourbon sauce.  Served with Garlic Bacon Mashed Potatoes.

Paired With: Woodford Reserve Double Oaked

Third Course:  Bacon Smoke Crusted Filet Mignon atop Pumpkin & Maple Syrup Polenta.  Served with Spicy Smothered Ham Hock Green Beans.

Paired With: Gentleman’s Jack

Fourth Course: Strawberry Crepe with a Bourbon Sauce topped with Baby Praline Ice Cream

Paired With: Woodford Malt
